7Mar09 Breakfast - one slice of wholemeal bread with butter
Lunch - Half a small piece of tamago, M&S apple, raisin cinnamon oats porridge
Dinner - 2tbspoon of white rice porridge cooked with minced chicken and wolfberries / some Kai Lan ; Steamed 3/4 Fuji apple with 2tbspoon of yoghurt / baby peas as finger food / half a cheese straw

8Mar09 Breakfast - 1/2 an egg omelette with mozarella cheese
Lunch - 1.5tbspoon of white rice porridge with barley/ steam minced chicken and broccolli / 1pc of white radish
Snack - One slice of rock melon
Dinner - Rice / cod fish + 1white button mushroom/ Kai lan / white radish soup
* barley water

9Mar09 Breakfast - 1.5tablespoon of oats with rock melon

Toddler nutrition - readups!

I have slacked in reading up on toddler nutrition, meal plan etc. Just to share a few sites on what should and what nots on growing up bubs. I have been cooking mostly CINA style meals for Shawn. He has been eating well but one part of me worries that I am overfeeding him especially on the carbos. So far, he has not shown any allergy to new food introduced (even eatouts are fine so far.. touchwood). I am still trying to follow the 4-day rule and I am still abstaining him from strawberries and tomatoes.
