Shawn had chinese mustard cabbage soup (Gai Choy) with steamed cod fish. Followed by 1/2 an apple

Shawn had mixed vegetable dish (brocolli, green pepper, celery, mushroom) with steamed cod fish, plus a big bowl of ABC soup. Followed by 1/2 an apple

Meals for this week:

Monday - White rice / Chicken soup / 1/2 fillet of cod fish / Fried egg with onions / Chye sim (Shawn just loves the stem of the vege. Kept pointing for the stem until he finished them)
Tuesday - White grain porridge with wolfberries and sweet peas / 1/2fillet of cod fish / Xiao Bai Chye / 1 apple / 3mini mantous at Jumbo
Wednesday - White grain porridge with pork and Xiao Bai Chye / 1apple
Thrusday - White rice / Potato & onion soup / 1 fried egg with 2tbspoon of baked beans / Xiao Bai Chye
Friday - Wholemeal pasta / Black bean soup / Steamed pork / sweet peas

Fish week!

Yes Fish again. We got him 2 thick fillets of cod.

Monday - 3tbspoon of white grain porridge with some wolfberries / Xiao Bai Chye / 1/2fillet of cod fish + bits of apples
Tuesday - 2tbspoon of brown rice / 2tbspoon of barley / Xiao Bai Chye / 1/2 fillet of cod fish / Cheese for dessert
Wednesday - White grain rice / 1/2fillet of cod fish / ABC soup
Thrusday - 4tbspoon of rolled oats / Carrots / Sweet peas / 1 Egg (I forgot to bring the fish down to thaw)
Friday - White grain rice / 1/2fillet of cod fish / Chicken soup

Meat week

It's been a long time since I wrote what Shawn has been eating. Lazy... and I hadn't been cooking dinners for us the adults for about 3wks now. This week is meat week for dinners at home

Mon - 1/4cup of wholegrain pasta + 1 big white button mushroom + minced pork + broccoli - all in a bowl
Tues - 4tbspn of white grain rice + 1tbspn of Barley / Minced pork, 1 big white button mushroom and Kai Lan soup
Wed - 5tbspoon of oats + 1 egg + 1 big white button mushroom and Kai Lan - all in a bowl
Thrus - 3tbspn of brown rice porridge / Stir fried minced beef, 1 big white button mushroom and broccoli











Fri - Ham and cheese omelette with corn from Swensens
